What you want to say about 12-20 FPS mine is shitty PC
@Seb may be turning off , Dynamics and Grass in Video Setup Menu could help you

It could be disk but idk, i think it's the processor i had these drops in games too Steeyk!
I knew right away i needed to place thermal paste on my processor, buy it and place it to avoid your
processor to overheat and all that sh*t
Here's some simple methods to place it.
Here's shop where you can choose this thermal paste (i choosed Accura Heat Absorber 7 Silver myself and it works very well)
Here's the program that will allow you to check temperatures of GPU, CPU and others. Check it after you place thermal paste.
