Seb, try to defragment your hard disk maybe here is problem. Sometimes windows need it. Or maybe try clean you PC from the garbage with using program like CCliner.

When i dont play HD2 about 15-20% when i launch it, 60% ! :C

As I said, try clean PC from the garbage with CCleaner then defragment your hard disk.
I have 40-60 PFS when I'm playing HD2 and I'm sure that I have worst PC like you.

Steeyk said during the game he recently updated his video driver (nvidia), I know from experience sometimes it is better to do a clean install of the driver than an upgrade.

Also, never try to defragment a SSD drive, even if there is some debate about wether it damages the disk or not. But generally a SSD does not need to be defragmented.
Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.

I also have somewhere around 60% usage with H&D2, and it gets close to 95%
when I record anything.

That's right Jo, but he can have old magnetic hard disk and on magnetic he can defragment it.

And I also have 80-90% usage when I'm playing. But it's still 30+ FPS even if i have open other programs like browser, TS3, Battle.net ect. LINK LINK 2
