Italy has NOCS (Nucleo Operativo Centrale di Sicurezza, just like the French RAID) for the Polizia di Stato and GIS (Gruppo di intervento Speciale, like the French GIGN ) for the Carabinieri (Italian military police or gendarmerie).
Personally I hope that they won't come in action...it would mean that terrorists won't attack my Country.

The Guardia di Finanza also has a counter-terrorism unit, generally known as the Green Berets .

Those cars kinda piss me off to be honest. If you think of all the money they spent for a few of those, while real police cars are literally falling apart.
