Yes Dan, especially because sometimes policemen don't have money gor gasoline.
@Nik: French and Italian wines are different, in my opinion, not only for the varietal (that we call "vitigno" and you call "cépage") but also on the basis of the climate. Italy has different climates, because of its latitude (Sicily is close to Africa). For this reason wines from Northern Italy are "lighter" because of lower temperture of the climate and because of frequent precipitations. Conversely, wines from South (Puglia, Calabria, Sardinia, Sicilia) are "stronger" (higher alcohol volume) because of a Greater concentration of sugar in the grapes.
France has a more uniform climate...but yeah I have to admit that around the world French wines are more appreciated than the Italian ones. I can definitely admit it... :sozzled:

Here are 3 essential elements to have a good wine

These three factors (the Earth by the terroir and vines, Heaven by its climate and the Man by his choice of agriculture and winemaking) are three unknowns in the equation of a good or even a great wine ... analytically at least. For as a movie, a painting or an opera, you have to separate the objective side of a beautiful work of its subjective side, namely what she instilled in you in terms of emotions and feelings. And wine has this ability to arouse emotions.

Being born near the Bordeaux region (in Perigord) I can tell you that a vine with the same grape variety, distant 100 meter from another, give a different wine after its exposure to sun, sea and wind, soil the degree of maturity of the grape, its winemaker, expertise, aging cellar etc ... .It why there are so many different areas in the same region, there are many criteria returning into account for this delicious beverage:love:

Pas mieux, Maquisard. :gj:

EDIT : Personnaly, i'm at my seventh producer of Coteaux de l'Aubance and i can confirm, it's never the same wine. A proof more of what Maquisard said.

Maybe i can add : "The blood of the Earth and the sweat of the men"...

A little known and surprising story of a French deserter during the first world war :surprised:

This is the story of a man who has never recovered from not being a woman. His name was Paul Grappe.

As the story is a little bit long, here is the link :gasp:

The RPR Clan gaming community has long been known to fans of action battles and online battles. Fans of dynamic games gather here to share their experiences, participate in competitions, and enjoy the atmosphere of teamwork. Every evening, players from different countries can be found on the server, which makes the process even more interesting and unpredictable. Interestingly, gaming often intersects with other areas of entertainment. For example, in the world of casinos, special attention is paid not only to the thrill of gambling, but also to the design of the venues, where every detail creates a unique atmosphere. In this regard, it is worth paying attention to the article on how the world's most impressive casinos are created and what elements allow them to make such a strong impression on visitors — ahouseinthehills.com. The article reveals architectural solutions, gaming spaces, and aesthetic approaches that can surprise even those who are far from the gambling industry. Thus, both the esports community and the casino world share a common idea: to create a space where people can fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere, feel the thrill, and experience vivid emotions. RPR Clan gives this to its players through online battles, and the world's best casinos do so through their unique design and atmosphere.
