Grill for two tonight ...

Pork chop "in the backbone", previously marinated in olive oil with salt, pepper and herbs, then grilled on electric barbecue.
Exactly the same with eggplant and zucchini.
Tomatoes are marinated and then fried in a stove, with some chopped garlic.

EDIT : Wine will be (once more) this one, but the bottle itself is still on its way ...

Of course, a nice fresh Rosé de Provence will also fit perfectly... More classic maybe on such a dish...

Eggplant and zucchini first on the grill

Then the meat. You may add fresh mixed ground berries.

The final result...

You may have noticed that this dish lack of cereals. For balance, you can add simply boiled wheat or else, as i do myself, prepare roasted slices of bread and cover with tomatoes and garlic. Happiness ...
