H&D2 Problem

1: what solved the freezes?
2: are you using wifi or cabled internet? (cabled is always better)
3: what is the ping you normally have?
4: is your network used by others or do you have other network processes running
5: keep in mind some of the lag is due to the maps / servers / ISP / other players with high ping, it's not always on your side.I sometimes experience lag too and my system is at least twice as powerful as yours and I always have around 15 ms ping on our game servers..

1.Freezes solved by disabling AVG but it freezed me anyway later but first it worked, i will install ArcaVir now.
2.I use wifi but i assure you that every multiplayer game works fine only H&D2 lags.
3.My normal ping on H&D2 servers example =RpR= Justice is 20-22
4.Yes, my sister is using wifi but very often, phones counting in as well and of course me.
5.Yeah it could be maps but when i watch example snowman's TLC video he got no lag as did others in their videos.

1: you could consider MSE (microsoft security essentials) its free and seems to work good enough for me.
2: try using a cable as an experiment and see if it helps
3: do you still have this ping when experiencing lag?
4: multiple people using the wifi could be an explanation. Phones shouldn't matter, they use a separate config and don't use the bandwidth of your internet access.
5: so lag is most likely due to something other than the maps.

Maybe your laptop gets too hot and it throttles down? Are the fans spinning hard when you have lag? You should run some monitoring software to see what your temps are. Maybe your heat protection settings in the BIOS are too strict. (be careful with changing settings, you don't want your hardware getting too hot so use the monitoring software like I suggested).

Laptop? i never had laptop and never will, i prefer Computer.
I am monitoring every day using Speed Fan so it's not it for sure,
the temperatures are normal like in other games.
If somebody is going to suggest overclock, forget it not on my processor.

I have no more suggestions for you, hope you fix it.

Doing full scan with MSE, if it finds something with H&D2 i hope it will fix it.
