ingredients: turkey wings, onions, zucchini, carrots, a teaspoon of curry, herbs of provence, salt, pepper.

it's very simple.

Brown the wings in a little olive oil, remove them , same thing for the carrots cut into sticks, same for zucchini sliced
Cut the onions, cook slightly, add the wings, then add the vegetables.Add water to height, curry, herbs.
Cook over high heat until half water evaporates, cover and simmer to desired sauce consistency
Season with salt and pepper.
You can add a tomato, eggplant according to your taste, but always cook separately.because the cooking time is different.
