It's interesting how they puff up and they are thin like a two bag layers. It's all
about the technique, nothing special, I just have to pay attention to the quality
of every ingredient, how I mix them, quantity and for how long. Then the fire
and the pan has to be heated to a certain degree. I can't explain how, it's skill
and luck... specially when I start making them, but I feel dead like Xiadz, then
everything goes fine. The kitties love them too :D
