Not bad, they are tender and crispy too.

300g flour, 170g water, pinch of salt, 1 Tablespoon of oil
and I added some baking soda. Mix, fridge for 30 mins,
divide, wait 15 mins, roll and oil gentily on one side then
fold or make a cut on the circle and roll it... fridge again
for 15 mins, roll and bake on a hot pan.

Pretty darn basic, but rolling them was hell

I need
to get together some technique.

So this is the third time I make these "pancakes" for overly zealous religious
people like my dad. They're really good. Need to adjust flour/liquid ratios.
No milk, no eggs, no butter...

I will do some again tonight and I'll update if needed.

EDIT: So I messed it up a bit, and it turned out as I imagined, but not as I
would've liked.

Anyway, here's some useful, simple tips. You don't need anything more...
